Return & Exchange Policy

At Magi 30 Plus, we want you to choose the right size before ordering. If you are confused about size or fit, please contact us before placing the order.

Size Exchange

We allow size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for size exchange:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be unwashed
• The product must not be altered
• The original tags must be attached
• The product must be returned in its original packaging as much as possible
• You must have the order confirmation or proof of purchase

Size exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, we will help you choose another available size or another product.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color after delivery, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

Refunds will be considered only if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
• We are unable to provide a replacement or exchange

Damaged or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a damaged product or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@magi30plus.com with:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video of the product
• Unboxing video, if available

After checking the issue, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case.

Return Shipping

For size exchange, the customer has to bear the return shipping cost.

If the mistake is from our side, such as wrong product or damaged product, Magi 30 Plus will take responsibility for the replacement process.

Items Sent Without Approval

Please contact us before sending any product back. Items sent to us without approval may not be accepted.

Important Note About Color

Product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, editing, screen brightness, and device display settings. Minor color variation will not be considered as a product defect.
