By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
About Magi 30 Plus
Magi 30 Plus creates modern office kurta sets for 30+ working women who want to look stylish, confident and successful at the office every day.
Product Information
We try our best to display product details, colors, fabrics, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, editing, screen brightness, and device display settings.
Such minor color variation will not be considered a product defect.
These are ready-made sizes, not custom stitched to your body. There will be some ease built in — that is how a standard size is meant to sit.
Every piece is hand cut and hand stitched, so measurements may vary up to 2 inches from the size chart. This is normal for handmade clothing and is not considered a defect.
Size Responsibility
Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
If you are unsure about your size, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will help you choose. Send your bust, waist and hip and tell us whether you like a perfect fit or slightly loose.
Magi 30 Plus will help with size guidance, but final size selection is the customer's responsibility.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Offers, discounts, and launch prices may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful order placement and payment or COD confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch to confirm your order and your size. If we are not able to reach you, dispatch may be delayed or the order may be cancelled.
Magi 30 Plus reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or suspected misuse.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 10 days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Courier delays may happen due to location, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or other reasons beyond our control.
Return and Exchange
All exchanges will be handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Exchanges are offered for size only, within 10 days of delivery. Shipping for a size exchange is paid by the customer, both ways.
We do not offer cash refunds. Where a claim is accepted, we provide a replacement or store credit.
Website Usage
You agree not to misuse this website, copy our content, attempt fraud, place fake orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All brand names, product names, website content, photos, videos, designs, and written content belong to Magi 30 Plus unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Magi 30 Plus is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by courier partners, customer input errors, wrong address details, or issues caused by misuse of products.
