Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation.

During new launches, festive periods, high order volume, or unexpected delays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• 3 to 7 working days for most locations
• Longer for remote areas or courier-delay locations

Delivery time depends on courier service availability, customer location, weather, public holidays, and other courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and selected orders.

If COD is available, it will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or order update message.

Delivery Attempt

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct.

If the courier is unable to deliver because of wrong address, customer unavailability, phone not reachable, or refusal to accept delivery, extra shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
