Magi 30 Plus ships office kurta sets across India.
Dispatch
We pack and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 days of receiving it.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch to confirm your order and your size. If we are not able to reach you, dispatch may be delayed.
Delivery
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 10 days. How long it takes depends on where you are — a metro city is quicker, and a smaller town or village takes longer because fewer courier services run there.
Delivery time also depends on courier availability, weather, public holidays and other courier-related delays.
Faster delivery
If you need your order in a hurry, we can send it separately through a faster courier service. Please pay online while placing the order — we are not able to arrange faster delivery on Cash on Delivery orders.
Place your order first, then message us on WhatsApp and tell us you need it faster. We will check your location and tell you what is possible.
Shipping charges
Shipping is ₹100 anywhere in India, and free on orders of ₹2,999 or more.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across India.
International delivery
International delivery is available on request. If you live outside India, please message us on WhatsApp before placing your order. We will check shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery time for your country.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp so you can follow the delivery status.
Delivery attempts
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct. If the courier cannot deliver because of a wrong address, the customer being unavailable, the phone not being reachable, or refusal to accept delivery, extra shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
Shipping for exchanges
Shipping for a size exchange is paid by the customer, both ways. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Delays
Magi 30 Plus is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch, but we will help you track and resolve any delivery issue.
